  • Outputs are creative references only, not medical, legal, or professional tattoo guarantees.

2. Account and Access

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload illegal, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt service operation, bypass limits, or probe security vulnerabilities.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to uploaded images and references.

4. AI Output and Responsibility

  • AI results can be imperfect and may require manual revision before real tattoo work.
  • You should verify design, placement, size, and safety with a qualified tattoo artist.
  • We are not liable for tattoo decisions made solely from generated previews.

5. Credits, Pricing, and Payments

  • Paid plans and credits are billed according to the pricing page shown at checkout.
  • Successful payment grants corresponding credits or subscription rights.
  • Chargebacks, fraud, or abuse may result in account restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain rights to your original uploads, subject to applicable law.
  • Platform code, branding, and product content are owned by TintaMente AI or licensors.
  • You may not copy, resell, or exploit platform assets without permission.

7. Availability and Changes

  • We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time.
  • We may revise these Terms, and continued use means acceptance of updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
